For over 19 years I have listed and sold homes, cabins, and land in Rim Country. I have performed valuations for banks and even handled some foreclosures for bank clients when the market was down. I love what I do and enjoy helping others with their real estate needs.

 

I love this area. The scenery and people are great. In my free time I like to hike and research area history. Studying maps and aerials prior to a hike is part of the fun, as is taking photos and rockhounding while on the hike. I have published two area history books: Zane Grey’s Forgotten Ranch: Tales from the Boles Homestead and Homesteads of Arizona’s Rim Country, and written many history columns for the local paper.

 

While I grew up in the Phoenix area I have been coming to Rim Country my whole life. My parents had a 2nd home outside of Payson in Collins Ranch and that's where I live now. I understand what it’s like to be eagerly escaping the valley on a hot summer day. 

 

Prior to entering real estate I obtained degrees in Management and Finance from Arizona State University. Immediately upon graduating I worked as a Research Analyst.

 

I am a full time real estate agent in Rim Country with a passion for real estate, the area, and people. I look forward to talking to you. I love the Christopher Creek area and live not all that far from it. You can often find me at The Landmark at the Creek in Christopher Creek having dinner on a Saturday night or hiking the nearby Highline Trail.
