Ralph Christofferson and his wife Dottie purchased their home in the Christopher Creek area in 1998. With years of previous sales experience, Ralph began selling real estate after moving to his mountain home and sold over one and one half million dollars of property in his first year. He has continued through the years to be a multimillion dollar producer in the realestate business. Ralph and Dottie have three grown sons and two grandchildren. In his free time Ralph takes full advantage of living in this beautiful area by four wheeling or hiking. Ralph especially enjoys sharing his sense of great adventure with his grandchildren and family.

Susan is an Arizona native and has been in real estate since 1976. After vacationing for years in Christopher Creek, Susan opened the Christopher Creek office in 1991. She specializes in second homes and is experienced in wells, septics, and other issues important to this area. Susan has twin grandsons and when time permits, they enjoy hiking and exploring this unique region of Arizona. Susan enjoys working in the personal service business and has a marketing program with a proven track record.

Jon was first introduced to Arizona in 1969 while attending Northern Arizona University where he fell in love with the Rim Country. After college, and a short stint working for a Major Paper Manufacturer as a sales representative, Jon opened Bright Printing & Graphics in Buena Park, California. In 1986 Jon was appointed by Congress to "White House Conference on Small Business" as a California delegate. The printing business flourished until its sale in 2005. Jon has been married to his wife Lorraine for 33 years; they have two grown children Sarah and Benjamin. Jon joined ERA Young Realty & Investment in October 2005, by the end of August had surpassed the two million dollars of property mark in 2006 and is well on his way to breaking three million by the end of the year. Jon enjoys every aspect of living in the Rim Country spending his free time hunting, fishing, hiking and just exploring.
